WinCE 5.0 FMD/FAL wear leveling

Does the WinCE 5.0 Flash Media Driver(FMD) or the Flash Abstraction
Layter (FAL) provide any wear leveling?

Since I don't see anything in the 5.0 help, my guess is "No, they don't".

I know about Datalight, is that my only option if I want wear leveling?

Yes, the FAL provides wear leveling.

Thanks for the confirmation. Where is that mentioned in the 5.0 help?
I tried searching for wear leveling (plus some obvious permutations) and
came up empty.

Not sure it's ever mentioned anywhere, actually. but when you dig into the
FMD provided implementations it's clear it does.
