Problem about install WinCE 5.0

I have official version of Windows CE 5.0(CDs) and WinXP SP2. Every time I
try to install WinCE 5.0 it always failed. The InstallShield's error message
is "Setup Wizard Interrupted - The wizard was interrupted before Microsoft
Windows CE 5.0 could be completely installed.". What had I tried? 1)Manually
clear registry keys. 2) Run the ISSCRIPT8.MSI application.. That're suggested
from Windows CE 5.0 Release Notes on the Microsoft's website. Unfortunately,
I still can't install Windows CE 5.0 successfully. InstallShiled still roll
back everyting before the last step. I had spend too much time on
installation. Could some one can help me?

It looks like the "Error:21337" in the WinCE 4.2. Does any one know how to
solve 21337 error?TKS.

All right, it is workable if I don't change default installation driver
letter from "C:" to "F:", I try to install PB into another HDD. But it wasted
me numbers of hour. Hope no one so unlucky likes me.
