Hi all,
We are using WinCE 6 and omap 35xx for our devlopment. Using PlaySound()
Wince API we can play .wav format of files but if we want to play .mp3 and
other files what wince API shall we use ?
what is the standard ways to play .mp3 and other files format in WInce ?
Please give your valuable suggessions in this regard

playing .MP3 files involves decodings and playing. Windows ce supports MP3
decoder. See the Windows Media player source code for more
information.

You can also use this following command line program for playing mp3 files.
\WINCE600\PUBLIC\DIRECTX\SDK\SAMPLES\DSHOW\PLAYERS\CEPLAYIT
