Unable to attach to process in eVC4SP4 and CE5.0

I have compiled, downloaded, debugged etc. an eVC4 application without
any problems on the Standard SDK500 platform running in the emulator,
as well as my custom developed platform). I'd like to attach to a
process in order to debug a dll.

However, I cannot "attach to process". When trying, it first launches
the emulator (if not allready launched) and then prompts me to select a
windows ce device. I select the SDK500 Emulator. It alomost immediately
fails stating that "toolhelp.dll cannot be copied to the target
device". I have also tried this on my custom device that have
toolhelp.dll already present, but it fails with the same message.

What is going on here, and how can I attach to a process in the SDK500
emulator?

I use eVC4SP4 and Platform Builder 5 with all QFE:s installed.
