You can't buy "Windows CE" at the store at all. It comes with devices like
Pocket PC or H/PC Pro or you can buy Platform Builder and build your own
copies for a specific piece of hardware. In that case, what you're buying
is the tool, though, not the OS. Licenses for distribution or use of the OS
are sold separately. You can expect to pay in the $20 range per unit.
