Is TOOLHELP.DLL is shipped with WinCE 3.0 on the PocketPC?

The dll should be installed with your Pocket PC SDK and downloaded as needed
during development to your device. What is the specific problem you're
having?

thank you for your response. Problem is "include or not include"
toolhelp.dll into install application package. My application uses
toolhelp.dll extensively and I want to be sure that toolhelp.dll is present
on the PocketPC device.

Hi Alex,

My response was incorrect. Toolhelp.dll should actually be in the ROM of the
Pocket PC device. If it happens to not be on a certain Pocket PC device,
you'd still have to find out whether you have permission to redistribute it.
