Registry format on persistent storage

Hello everybody,
I want to use ReadRegistryFromOEM function to read Registry information from
persistent storage. But I don’t want to use WriteRegistryFromOEM, instead I’
d like to write Registry information by myself. Is there any information
about format which OS expect from ReadRegistryFromOEM().
