How to view CPU utilization for all apps?

I'm developing an application, but am noticing times when the system
generally responds slowly. I suspect something is consuming the CPU. How do
I see how much of the CPU is being used by which apps? Essentially, I'm
looking for the same capability as provided in Task Manager in "big" windows.

If you are using Platform Builder, you can use the Remote Performance Monitor
Tool in it. Otherwise you need to create your own tool or find a copy of the
PView tool that was released with early versions of CE (3.0 ??).
