yes. windows ce supports SD and USB flash memory card. you can run your
application from the external memory card. For this , Again you need the BSP
for your device and the platform builder to select the corresponding
components.

I think that Vinoth gave you too much information. It sounds like you have
some devices that you purchased and did not develop the OS. If that is the
case, you may want to contact the vendor to see if they have any options for
you to use a browser and access your removable storage.
IE for Windows CE is not available seperatly from the OS. I don't know if
there are any third party browsers available, you could search or maybe some
who knows of one might answer.
But to answer your question, a BSP is a Board Support Package - a set of
drivers and kernel peices used to build the Windows CE OS for a specific
board/system. Typically a BSP is developed and used by the OEM of the
device.

My questions:
1. Can I still be able to add IE to vendor BSP?
2. If not, cCan I still run IE or another browser that supports CE 5.0 from
SD or USB?
3. Is it possible to boot the device from the SD or another memory card with
my own BSP?
Please note that we purchased the device and have all the right to modify it
the way we see fit.
Your help is greatly appreciated.

1. It is build to support Windows Mobile and maybe other phone OSs
2. The Windows Mobile support would be for ARM processors only
So, based on the informationt that you have told us about your device:
1. It probably isn't a Windows Mobile device
2. I don't know what processor you are using
So, the cause of the problem is most likely one or more of the following:
1. Windows CE 5.0 on your device may not include the features needed by
Opera
2. Your processor may not be an ARM processor
3. You may not have downloaded a Windows Mobile version of Opera
