My kids have eczema and this did nothing for that other than as a decent moisturizer. Even then, aquaphor or vaseline works better than this. This cream would be ok as a something between a cream and a lotion, and it has a honey smell.
WOW! It looks like Vaseline, smells faintly of herbal tea, feels like oil but melts into the skin and disappears. It really absorbs right in with no greasy after feel. I have combination/sensitive skin and it really balances everything out. I am VERY picky about what goes on my face, but this stuff is amazing!!! I work in skin care so I have tried everything- I am now a convert. I ran a little through my dry hair too, just to see what it would do, and it totally tames frizz and adds tons of shine. I am truly stumped. As my grandmother jokingly used to say.."how do it know?" This stuff seriously works.
My boyfriend works at Whole Foods and while browsing the Whole Body section I saw a price tag for a 30.00 jar of skin cream. Automatically I wanted it. Then I saw it was called Egyptian Magic, Ancient Kamitian Secret Magical Cream. Yes Please. "Peace, Divine love, perfect health, internal, eternal wisdom and infinite blessings unto you, precious one." GIMME GIMME GIMME! I let the boyfriend know, I want this. (But I wasn't going to buy it for myself.) Months later I had forgotten about it and he kept complaining of my scratching in my sleep due to my excema and came home and surprised me with it! It had been returned with an itty bitty dent from someone's finger with the description of "didn't work" More likely someone's husband looked at her grocery receipt and got upset by the $30 price tag. So I've been using it on and off for a few weeks now and am very happy. I was nervous to put it on delicate skin for fear of breaking out, so I mostly just used it on my hands and forearms and dry leg spots for a while. Then I tried my lips and was wowed by the softness. Recently I got brave enough to start using it on my chest and neck and no breakouts...So I made the jump and massaged it into my face. It's definitely heavy and kind of gross feeling...but give it a half hour and it absorbs and leaves incredible soft skin behind. For that reason it's definitely not a day cream. I left it at work one day and a coworker had a blister on her heel and she remarked excitedly how it magically healed up her blister. Pretty great stuff.
Decided to try this product on my super dry feet. It isn't really a "cream". More like ointment, but it doesn't stay greasy. It really absorbs into the skin and does keep my cuticles and feet in better condition.
I love this stuff, I have super super sensative skin and I can use this everywhere with no problem! Its wonderful not greasy, It melts to oil in your hands and absorbs in your skin. You can use it as a face cream, great at night! put it on your eyelashs as a conditioner. Makeup remover. Great for EVERYTHING! Wonderful as a split end mender too! Anyone who had a problem with this product wasnt using it right! It really is magic!
