Windows CE 3.0 Operating System Configurations

Hello all -
In reading a few Microsoft documents about CE 3.0 OS configs (one in
particular:

I'm curious to know how the ``Maxall'' sample OS config differs from
PocketPC? It seems to include many nice features I though were only
bundled in ``PocketPC''.
Can anyone shed some light on this? Thanks in advance.

The most notable difference is the Pocket PC shell and functionality
provided by the AYGSHELL.DLL component. Neither of which is available to
Platform Builder V3.0 (Although most of AYGSHELL will be available in
McKendric [V4.2])

A few other things like Tap 'n Hold etc... are unique to the Pocket PC.
