Is the processor in the HP Jornada 547 PocketPC an SH3 or SH4 processor? If
it is the SH3, are there any PocketPCs that currently use the SH4 processor?

as far as I know - no
there is some Win CE device with SH-4 inside (sorry don't remember the name)
but its't not Pocket PC

As far as I know, there is no PocketPC using the SH4 processor on the
market, however, there is a HPC Pro that uses the SH4 processor - don't know
the name, sorry.

Hitachi ePlate (HPW-600ET) uses SH4. It is a tablet (no keyboard) with a
full VGA (640x480) screen, and runs CE 2.11. Thus, it is an HPC Pro.
