Problems with the closure of Vista

I have a notebook Acer Aspire 5720 with Windows Vista Premium.
It works very well my only problem is that when I turn off the notebook
takes 5 minutes to shut down completely.
Someone has my same problem?
Can somebody help me solve this problem?
