Mail servers don't belong to an email program, they belong to a
mail service provider. Typically, your provider will have a web page
that gives all the settings you need for any email program.

Email server addresses (names) are like telephone numbers for checking for
messages.

POP3 is for incoming mail and SMTP is for outgoing mail. You get the server
names and other account properties from the organization that provides the
email account.
