Blank preview Window (everending loading)

Hi to everyone.

As in sunject, happens so. If I select a mail, the preview windows is white
and the mouse cursor indicates a neverending loading state.

No new software, only official Windows Updates.

Any idea ?

No clue. Check for Malware first.

Which antivirus are you running? Some of them cause problems with
Windows Mail over time.

Tryed the anti-malware, but no issues found. I USE Kaspersky KAV 2009.

Can you explain what you mean by "tried the anti-malware"?
I didn't say anything about anti-malware.

As I see it, you have two options.
a) Make sure Kaspersky is not configured to scan emails. If the problem
continues, do a trial uninstall of Kaspersky, reboot, then try Windows Mail.

b) If no improvement, reinstall Kaspersky, then upgrade to Windows
