Spell check cannot work given my current language? It's English, and I'm in
America? What is this pointless message, and now even more pointless
function? I see lot's of posts asking basically the same question, but I
don't see a single answer from you. Give that a try, will you?

Where you saw those posts asking the same question, click on the + sign next
to them to expand the thread and see any answers.

You need to go to the Tools menu on the main window of Windows
Mail>Options>spelling tab>change the language to French>Apply.
Now change it back to English>Apply.

If you see lot's of posts concerning this then you see lot's of answers that solve
this issue. Go back and check those lot's of posts.
If you did not check for any but are just writing this to get an answer then say so
and you will get help. If not then go back and do the work yourself.
