Hello Lost,

In Windows Mail, you can change which email account you want to be set
as the default one to always be used by clicking on "Tools", "Accounts",
then select the email account you want as default and click on the "Set
as Default" button.

You can also select a email account to use to send from by
clicking on the drop down menu next to "From" and selecting one of your
email accounts. This will be when you are in a email message window.
