Does anyone know how to set this one time only? I have to put in ID & PW
each time to receive or send. It is a nuisance.

Otherwise the most likely cause is your antivirus software. What AV software
are you using? Nearly every day, one of the experts provides instructions
for removing support of email scanning. One of the experts might be along to
help but you might find a solution if you can look for previous answers in
this group.
