CANNOT SEND OR RECEIVE EMAIL

I cannot send or receive email.... I have these two errors... I have no idea
what this means...please help

1. The host 'SMTP' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered
the server name correctly.

25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket
Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

2. The host 'POP3' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered
the server name correctly.

No, Socket Error: 11001,
Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

Hi Teresa, you are not set up correctly.
To be able to help you we need to know your ISP (who you pay for Internet
Access), also we need to know the part of your email address beyond the @
ONLY!.

You are getting those errors because you haven't entered the
correct mail server names for your account in Windows Mail.
I see you connect to the Internet via Windstream. Is that the
mail account you want to set up? If so, just follow your
provider's instructions:
