Windows upgrage advisor stated this device should work. Vista installs the
driver, but comes back with message the driver did not install correctly. I
tried to update driver, but vista states this driver is uptodate. anybody
have any suggestions?
many thanks
Chris

Hi Chris

I use a Cyberphone with voipvoice software for Skype and it refused to work
in Vista. I found a suggestion in another forum (I think it was on Skype)
that a temporary workaround is to install the XP version of usbaudio.sys
from the C:\windows\system32\drivers and copy it to the same location in
Vista. That worked for me though the phone's keypad and Skype integration
didn't work at least I could make calls by dialling out from the keyboard.

Hope that helps

Barry

I would be happy to email you with it. Send a message to my address with
this subject - remembering to delete REMOVE in my address. Whether it will
work with 64 bit I would not know but nothing is lost if you back up the
original.

Regards

Hi Chris

I've sent the file and a link to a forum on the Skype site that should help.
