Hyper-V/RDS/VDI Issue

So we have a small enclave, 6 users, 6 VDI VMs, all cloned from the same template. After the last VM refresh, 5/6 user logon just fine (through the RDS Web Access), one continually gets denied and in the Remote App and Desktop Connections/Operational Log the following error occurs (I'm logged onto a server as administrator, but logging onto both the RDS Web site and the logon prompt as User4) (we're also using UPDs so I was suspecting that this user's UPD got corrupted):

Remote application (RDS.WOLF.INTERNAL) is launched on RemoteApp and Desktop connection (server.domain.internal) but no stored credentials are used for single sign on. (Reason - RemoteApp and Desktop connection does not exist)
