connecting ts servers for load balancing

Hi,

We have 2 ts servers running windows 2003. when i setup the server farm a
microsoft tech told me to use a hub b/w the servers and the switch....
servers connect to the hub and then the hub to the switch. but now some
users are getting disconnected throughout the day. can i use a switch
instead of the hub to prevent the broadcasting? how are other people's ts
server farms setup?
