I realise this is a TS group - however there doesnt seem to be a
rapport group and wyse australian support have not returned any phone
calls :-(
Anyhoo - im not experienced with WYSE, but i believe the issue is the
hserverinit service - which will start, and then fail moments later,
with a helpful application log error of "Hserverinit service failed to
start"
If anyone has any ideas on where i can even check for whats going wrong
- would be much appreciated.

for information on a hotfix you need from Microsoft/Wyse (I'm guessing you
are running Rapport on Server 2003 SP1?).
The website http://www.freewysemonkeys.com has loads of great info on Wyse
products/support and has a forum there if you ever get stuck as chances are
someone has been through your problem before!!
