We understand that the speed of loading pictures is dependent on several
factors: picture resolution, processor/graphics card speed and RAM to name a
few. The question is: are there any setting in T/S that can help the
loading time of a picture?

Server to Client Bandwidth * latency are also very important, as a good
graphics card on the client and fast server won't help if you're trying to
display a 5MB BMP or TIF image over a slow or latent connection.

What's more important to your situation, image quality or application
response? You could reduce the coor depth or use Citrix and employ their
Speedscreen technology which compresses images, but these are not options if
you're viewing images that must be high quality, i.e. medical images, CAD,
graphic arts...

Thanks for the quick response. It's pretty much what I expected, but I'm
still learning the finer points of T/S so I had to ask.

No problem. What kind of network and what kind of images are troublesome?
Flash and video are particulary nasty on TS, so I disable them.
