Hi,
The only issue to watch out for is to use a system with an Intel or AMD
processor. The Transmeta processors are not supported.

I have tried to install differnt windows vm os on a
Toshiba M200 and it gives me a blue screen of death half
way in. Win2000, XP, and XP for TabletPC. All crashed.

Any suggested steps?

Make sure your anti-virus is off, and all other programs are closed.
Hopefully, you've got enough RAM on the system to support VPC - remember
you're sharing the existing RAM. 8-) You also may want to look around
