Is there anyone out there who know which tabletPC to buy, if your aim is
to make sketches on it? And is it possible to use Painter 8.0 on any
tabletPC?
love!

Quite likely any Tablet PC, Daniel. They're using Wacom drivers for the
pen/Ink application, and Painter 8.0 is Wacom-aware. Tablets are a very
friendly interface for sketching, but I'd make sure any Tablet you purchase
can be bumped up in RAM. Some only have a maximum of 256 MB, and that may
be a deterrent.

Daniel, I have a Motion 1200 with Painter 8 installed. The original Wacom
drivers for the Motion did not deliver pressure sensitivity to Painter 7 or
Painter 8. The last set of RC drivers from Wacom overcame that hurdle and
I've been very pleased.
