Speech doesn't put spaces in IE

Hey-
Speech recognition works great overall, even in IE, except that it
doesn't put spaces between the words. I'm not talking about the address
bar, there I would expect it to do this. This is in forms and text
boxes. I've made a new profile but that hasn't helped. Any help is
appreciated!
