I just started experiencing this error following the Windows update
from Wednesday 7/13/2011. My tablet PC input panel does not function
and is affecting other programs causing them not to work.

Source: .NET Runtime 2.0 error reporting.
What i've done so far:
Backed up computer
system restore to day before windows update, week before and month
before...problem still persists.
Virus/system scans....all clean.
Registry cleaner....all good.
I''m at wits end and need to get this fixed. Suggestions Please.
