[News] New Fujitsu T580 Tablet PC

It looks like things have died around here since MS pulled the plug on it's
news servers but since these groups are still carried on many other news
servers just wondering if there are other tablet pc fans lurking out there
still monitoring this group?

Fujitsu has recently announced a new Tablet PC, the T580 which will be the
size of a Netbook (10.2" screen, 8 hours battery life) but offer the
performance (core i5) of a regular mid-range laptop. While the T580 is
fairly thick in comparison to many of the slates that will be appearing
soon, the size is likely to be a winner for those needing a mobile system.
While pricing has yet to be announced Fujitsu has said that the T580 will be
their cheapest priced Tablet PC. The T580 offers multi touch, pen and
keyboard.
