airpanel 100 - wireless cards

Help please.
I recently received an Airpanel 100 with a german o/s. I got the
appropriate download from the Viewsonic site and reflashed an updated
english version. This displays 'Win CE .net' instead of the parrots -
but in addition the control panel displays three new icons: Z-COM LAN,
Intel PRO/2011 and Orinoco.
I guess these are PCMCIA cards to enable the airpanel wirelessly, but
as I haven't got any of them, I can't be sure that I've got it right.
Could you confirm or otherwise; and if they are wifi cards, is there
any particular model you would recommend?
