I'm getting this error on my SBS2003 R2 SR2 Std Ed Server. The time on the server is accurate. Does this indicate an error in the Microsoft file? What can I do about it?

I was able to download the file, extract the stl and install it. I would still like to know exactly what caused the errot and what it implies. Was the file broken or is thereaqn error in crypt32 on this machine?  What else can be affected?

I've heard there was a problem with one of the files Microsoft distributed
recently, but I don't know whether it was this one or not.

Harry.
