Download not working on WSUS-Server with Event ID 364

Hello,

I have a problem with some updates (eg. Office XP Service Pack 3), which are
not downloaded on the WSUS Server. In the eventlog on the server occurs
following error:

Event Category: Synchronization

Description:
Content file download failed. Reason: The client does not have sufficient
access rights to the requested server object.

The "Network Service" group has Full Access to the c: drive, there is also
the WSUS installed. The proxy server is a ISA2000 Server. I have attached a
summary of the SoftwareDistribution.log file (notice the last entries).
