How To Install WSUS 3.0 administration console on remote computer

I have WSUS 3.0 working on the server successfully. Now what I need is to
manage this remotely. How???

Questions concerning WSUS 3.0 should be posted to the WSUS 3.0 /beta/
newsgroup, please.
That newsgroup contains several threads discussing this very issue.
In addition, the WSUS Blog, which is linked from the microsoft.com site in
my sig, contains an article posted just a couple of days ago with specific
instructions for doing exactly this procedure.

If you have the beta installation package, then you've already been to the
MS Connect site, I would have thought -and- registered. The instructions for
accessing the beta newsgroup are on the MS Connect site.
