WSUS Synchronization Issues (Event 10032 & 10022)

I have installed WSUS 3.0 on a Windows 2003 Server with SP2. WSUS services
has been working fine till 11/10/2007 and since then it has been failing to
download updates and also having issues Synchronising with Microsoft Updates.

Environment:
OS: Windows 2003 SP2
Proxy: ISA 2004 proxy Server
WSUS: Version 3.0

Event ID: 10032 (The server is failing to download some updates.)
Event ID: 10022 (The last catalog synchronization attempt was unsuccessful.)

You have the correct configuration on the proxy server settings on WSUS?
The port you are using is 8080?

Another workarround for this is try to restart the BITS service.

Tried the options which was posted but still hve the same problems. Getting
the same errors.

Info re: Proxy:
What we have is a ISA Proxy Server with Port 8080 installed and have Web
Marshall installed to provide the port 80 functionality for the clients (also
for reporting).
Have by-pass rules setup for WSUS Update service from the server to
Microsoft going via proxy server.
