Windows Server 2003 32bit, Oracle 10g, move on new hardware

Hi,

sinca 2005 we have a dual xeon with 4 GB RAM, U320 SCSI, Windows 2003
Server Standard edition and Oracle 10g. Now we will buy a Server IBM
x3650 with dual xeon X5450, 16GB, 4x146GB as RAID 10. And for the
migration I needs help!
The easiest way would be to clone the system with O&O diskimage or
Acronis True Image. I like to use the RAM above 4 GB. This will work
theoretical about the config with PAE.
We don't like to "use" so much money, because the system will be
replaced in 1,5 years to another ERP on another platform. So I like the
easiest and cheapest AND aceptable way.


What Do you think about
-cloning
-use of PAE
--is the use of 8GB RAM on a 64bit server (nearly) the same performance
as 8 GB RAM on a 32 bit per PAE?
-buy windows 2003 or 2008 server 64 bit and install all new
?
