If you run the Connect to the Internet wizard you can set the IP address of
your server there. I don't think it is a good idea to do that in the network
properties

Yes, in the SBS 2008 the Change IP wizard is removed in the Windows SNS
console. To change the server's IP address, you can run the Connect to the
Internet wizard (CTIW).

I've had run the fix network setting yesterday, but then it changed the
IP back to the original.
When i tried it again now i saw i could deselect some options so i
deselected the first 2 options (primary gateway and network router), now
it works fine.
