Not really

Profiles are associated with a user account and SID. A new profile is
re-created only if you delete and re-establish a user not a computer. So go
ahead and re-add, user will have their old profiles. If you want to make
sure, simply backup documents and settings and keep it handy.

Thanks for posting here! Also thanks for Matt and A.Feiner's input.

As Matt and A.Feiner said, you need not recreate user profiles since user
profile is associated with the user account and SID. If we remove computer
account from domain, user profiles in the computer will be deleted
automatically.

The detail steps to rejoin the computer to domain for your reference:

1. Locate the node Server Management console -> Client Computers, click Set
Up Client Computers link to launch the client computer setup wizard and
follow the guide to complete process in the server. The computer account
can be different from original account.
2. Logon to the client workstation using local administrator account and
run http://servername/connectcomputer to join the computer to domain. It
will make all things well.

Try to test to check if domain user can use his/her user profile in the
client computer.
