Are you talking When you are offline on the My Documents Folder how do I
move that folder to another place?
Because if that is it.
Change the Location of My Documents is Here
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;310147
If it is some other Cached folder please let me know what it is?
Sorry if I'm a little slow at understanding what you want moved.

So if you Move My Documents, You should be Moving your "Offline Files"
At least I think this is what you are after?
OK let me try again..
When a User is NOT at the Office and not on the Domain.
Their Folder "My Documents" resides on C: Drive by Default.
When they login to the Domain, My Documents get Redirected to
\\Server\Users\UserLogin\MyDocuments
When you Synchronize you are basically Synchronizing files from above
To C:\Documents and Settings\User\My Documents\
Or the Offline Folder if you want to call it that...
So if you move My Document Folder you will eventually move the "Offline
Folders"
(Unless of course Like I stated before you are using some other folder that
your are synchronizing Offline. in which case you just move that folder to
where you want it.)

let's try to explain... i have a desktop computer and a laptop... i
share the files on the desktop computer and map them on the laptop to a
drive (let's say X)...
as i want to travel with the laptop, i make x available offline ... so
far so good ...
windows saves the files (which I see in drive X) somewhere on C (I do
not know where, probably a system file somewhere in a subfolder of
c:\windows). As space on C is limited, I would like to have them on D
instead ...
both of your links did not answer the problem ...
cheers,
