Hi,

Thanks for posting here!

For your description, I understand that you want to know where internal web
files and customer customized web files are and how to setup web site and
publish it. If I am off base, please feel free to let me know.

When you setup SBS 2003 network environment, by default these are some
websites have been setup and the RWW website had been published to
internet. These web sites files are placed in %systemdir%\Inetpub, it is
not recommended to move these folders manually.

The customer customized web files by default will be placed in
%systemdir%\Inetpub\wwwroot folder and also you can place these web files
in any location in the computer.

If you want to publish web site to internet, you need consider some things:
if run ISA, ISA version, using ftp,and so on

Suggestion 1:
If you run ISA 2004, you can refer to the following KB article to publish
web:
How to publish a Web site directly on your Internet Security and
Acceleration Server 2004 computer
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;[LN];885186

For more information about how to publish a Web server by using ISA Server
2004, visit the following Microsoft Web site:

web:

and Acceleration Server in Windows Server 2003

What is more, if you want to publish http://Companyweb to the Internet, you
can refer to the following KB article:

Suggestion 3L
And also you can choose using FTP in FrontPage to publish a web:
