Transfer SBS2000 license to a new server...

I've a new server with SBS2k that replace a old one. What is the correct
procedure to do this??

As long as the license is not OEM:

Install SBS2k on the new server and after everything is running format the
previous one. If you need to add CAL disks you will need to call MS (the
number is on a .txt file inside the disk) to get a reactivation code, so you
can install them on new hardware.
