Taking a look at some of the events ther are some errors. I cant get any
info on the particular error, because of the help & support just hangs. On
inital boot, an error indicated that MMC must close. I've tried looking upp
the errors directly to no avail.
2GB of ram and no client attached.

Based on the information of event 100 and 4097, I suspect that some dll

3. On the System Configuration Utility window, click the Startup tab and

5. Repeat step 2~4 and type the following commands instead:
Regsvr32 browseui.dll
Regsvr32 msjava.dll
Regsvr32 shdocvw.dll
Regsvr32 mshtml.dll
Regsvr32 msxml3.dll
If the issue persists, please check the application and system event logs
for any warning and error messages for further research.
As for the event 20063, if you don't use conferencing at all, you can just
simply switch it off. Go to the ISA Management console, choose your server,
then to the Extensions and select Application Filters. Right click on H.323
Filter, select Properties and uncheck Enable this filter checkbox. If you
do use some conference software, you can configure a Gatekeeper on the Call
Control tab of the properties of the H.323 Filter. And don't forget to
restart your services!
Is the issue still persist after you configured a Gatekeeper for H.323
Filter, please make sure that the startup type of the h.323-gatekeeper
service is set to be automatically.
If you encounter any difficulties or have any concerns, feel free to let me
know. I look forward to your update.
Best regards,
Jerry Zhao (MSFT)
