SBS 2011 with Symantec Backup Exec not updating SBS Console information.

Hello
On our SBS 2011 we are using Symantec Backup Exec.
But the Console Status are still showing errors about the Backups.
My questions:
- It is possible to remove this backup information if BackupExec could not update it?
- or are they a way around to update this information?
