creating a new service on windows 7

Hi,

I am trying to create a new service by running the command
C:\SrvAnyInstSrv>c:\srvanyinstsrv\instsrv.exe "my service" c:
\srvanyinstsrv\srva
ny.exe

I am getting an error like this You are not authorized to do this -
please contact your system Administrator,but I am the sustem
administartor.

please give me some tips.

Run the command from within an elevated command prompt - i.e.
right-click on the command prompt shortcut and choose 'Run as Administrator'

Use sc.exe, it is included in Windows 7.
