Just set an exchange rule on outlook to forward all incoming mails to the
external mail on clients account. And teach her how to disable/enable rules
in outlook for future use. (This is what i do so i dont have to deal with
clients who wants to forward mails to external accounts)
Thanks

How does this happen? I forward a bunch of mail to my AOL account. My AOL
account replies with a message saying that I'm full or reaching my quota.
My Exchange mailbox gets this message and dutifully forwards it onto my AOL
account. Loop ensues until someone gets tired of playing.
Anyway, here is how you can change the default settings on your Exchange
server to allow mail autoforwarding:
Open up Exchange System Manager. Expand "Global Settings". Expand "Internet
Message Formats". In the right pane, Right-Click on "Default" and select
properties.
Go to the "Advanced" tab and check the appropriate boxes on this tab.
Ever wonder why Out of Office replies were not getting sent to external
recipients? This would be why. Its set by default for good reasons. Make
sure you consider the risks before fulfilling your user's needs.
Here is an alternative method.
