I have set up a Win 2003 R2 SP2 print server and all users only have
print capability. However, on my test domain everything works fine
and download of the printer to a local workstation is quick and all
properties of the printer are grayed out. In my production however,
the properties are not grayed out. I can't figure out the difference
since all Group Policies are the same for both domains and the test
workstations vs the production workstations are set up the same as
well. Users are Local Admins on workstation in both domains. Any
ideas on what is going wrong in production? I'd prefer all properties
(except those specific of the printer) are grayed out so the user
can't change them. Thanks to anyone who responds.

Also, for some reason when we install from the printers website...
http://TESTPRINTSERVER/printers. On test it shows "printer name on
server name" . When its done in production from http://PRODPRINTSERVER/printers,
it shows up as "printer name on http://prodprintserver.xx.xx.com This
is the only difference I can tell between the two installs?
