Hello

We have a Windows 2000 Active Directy Domain. We are getting Event ID 677
in the Security Logs in our Domain Controllers. We do have some Windows 2003
Server member servers. I found a MS article ID 824905 but it seems that it
has to do with Windows 2003 Domain. Anybody know if this article and hotfix
applies to our issue?

Hello Jimmie,

As stated in the top of the article it applies to both OS versions. So if
you have exact the same symptoms as described order the hotfix and install
it. Hotfixes are for FREE, so no problem with costs.

Also make sure to use the latest SP and patches with microsoft update.

Best regards

Thanks, I will test the hotfix on a test system and deploy.
