Config:

Windows 2003 R2 SP2 servers with scheduled Tasks.

Problem:

When we delete a scheduled Tasks, all other scheduled tasks got as last
result 0x80 when they are run . When we restart the Task Scheduler service
the problem stays. When we restart the server everthing is fine.

The Human Interface Device Access service is disabled.
