FAX Server Information Cannot Be Retrieved??

I have a Windows Server 2003 configured with FAX server. I can fax from and
to that machine without problem. But when I use a Windows XP Professional
or another Windows Server 2003 to print to that FAX printer, the Send Fax
Wizard tells me:

Does anyone know about how to fix it?
