How to activate / Install IRM ?

Hi,

i have setup a windows 2003 ee server. I have installed
on my client xp microsoft office 2003 beta2 and want to
test the information rights management functionality. but
when i want to connect to the irm server office tells me
that i only can test this feature on the microsoft
website with a passport.

must i activate the irm feature in microsoft windows 2003
server or must i install some other software?
