Hello sachin2531,

As this posting comes up today 11.Dec.2009 in this NG, maybe check your time/date
settings on the machine.

Please post an unedited ipconfig /all from the DC/DNS server and the Vista
machine so we can exclude DNS as a main problem.

Are the Vista machine and the DC in the same time zone and is the time on
both machines more or less the same?

Configure the Vista DNS client settings to use the domain DNS servers (often
one or more DC's) and *only* those DNS servers. Do not use an ISP DNS server
or any others. Then retry the domain join.... and ditch the host entry.
